The Power of Qi Gong
There was a documentary about healers which a friend alerted to me on Channel 4 recently dealing with harnassing the power of Qi Gong, or one’s aura. It is quite amazing to be honest, but also quite believable when you consider that an electric eel makes electricity the same way. Have a look yourself.

Chi Gung is a fascinating field of study and there are many fine books out there that go into training (J.MacRitchie, Wong Kiew Kit, Lam Kam Chuen).
My personal favorite is Chi Gung: Chinese Healing, Energy and Natural Magick by L.V. Carnie which is highly readable and presents a fun approach to Chi Gung training.
