And lets face it, the US don't exactly play fair in war. They repeatedly denied they were still using cluster bombs in Iraq yet it was shown that they were.</description>

					<description>The device was created to save lives not kill them. There are a lot much cheaper ways of torturing people. A 12V car battery is much more effective than spending 7 Mil for a device. Apparently Daniel would rather see people killed than pushed back. Yes, the device can cause blistering on the skin. Which would you rather have, a 9mm or blisters? The price tag is high because they are still in development. As the technology evolves the price will drop.</description>
